Mayor JOE III Espinosa presented Iloilo City’s potentials for the Most Business-Friendly Highly Urbanized City category Award of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI).
He highlighted the strong collaboration of the City Government with the private sector such as the PCCI-Iloilo for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) development.

He also cited the role of the youth in promoting entrepreneurship through local products with Produkto Lokal of the Youth First Initiative Philippines, Inc.

He likewise credited the creation of Iloilo City Trade and Investment Promotions Board with the active partnership of the business community.
